FULL-TIME SECRETARIAT – who should I contact?
The Council is assisted by a full-time secretariat which is constituted as follows:
Executive Director:
Adv W Henegan
Responsible for the management of the affairs of the Council, the administration of the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998 and the regulations promulgated in terms of the Act, the management of the secretariat and the execution of Council decisions.
Secretary:
Ms Morgan Lulekwa (Executive Director). She also deals with transfers.
